All returns will need to be made within 30
days of receipt of the item for a full refund, less the
shipping. Only unworn, unwashed and
undamaged items will be accepted for return. No returns or
refunds will be accepted after 30 days. If you do return
an item, we would so appreciate you also sending us the reason
for the return.
It is our understanding that some schools require specific
colors. Please request a color card to make sure the color is
correct before ordering. If an item is ordered and returned
because the color wasn't correct we will accept the return
within 30 days but charge a 10% restocking fee.
We want
you to be completely satisfied with the fit and quality of all
of our items. The quality, we can be sure of but the fit we
cannot. That is something only you can be sure of. When you
order something from us, we keep your sizing records and then
each time you reorder we have your sizing on file, which helps
because it is so easy to forget the style number or size you
might have previously ordered.
Please note: All of our scrubs are
custom made as we receive the orders.
We strongly recommend only ordering one pair of pants/top or
outfit to be assured of the fit.
