Navy Heart Swag The poly/cotton appliqued sweatshirt
has a bias trim at the neck that come to a heart in the center front. The neck has a
white
turtleneck inserted which adds a touch of color. It has three quarter length
sleeves with armbands made from the bias fabric. Machine washable and may be
