Birch Pompa

The appliqued poly/cotton sweatshirt has the bottom cut off and hemmed. Bias was used to make a unique design down the front with appliqued hearts inserted. The bias is also  around the waist and a ribbon drawstring was added so you can adjust it to your liking. Machine washable and may be dried in the dryer.
