Navy Sweet Cardigan with Matching Tee

The poly/cotton appliqued sweatshirt is machine washable and may be put in dryer.  We cut off the button band and added a pleat in the back We split up the front and trimmed with bias fabric then we added ties at the neck. The appliques were added from the same fabric the trim is.
